Jason Franklin is the founding partner of the Franklin Law Firm, L.L.P., in Dallas, Texas. His legal practice focus is on personal injury-plaintiff, wrongful death, assault and battery-plaintiff and Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims. For the third time in four years, Jason has been named to the 2011 Texas Rising Stars.*
Jason F. Franklin began his legal career at a prestigious defense firm concentrating on medical malpractice and trucking litigation defense involving catastrophic injury or death. This experience informs his extensive knowledge of how to evaluate, prepare and maximize the value of his clients' serious personal injury or wrongful death cases.
Jason obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He was inducted into SMU's Barristers and the National Order of Barristers. Mr. Jason Franklin received the Excellence in Advocacy Award for his participation on several Mock Trial and Moot Court teams. He also served as vice president of the Board of Advocates and on the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal.
