Jeffrey Goldfarb focuses his practice on high-stakes business litigation, frequently involving multiple parties and complex issues in the real estate, intellectual property, partnership and fiduciary duty, and employment areas. Mr. Goldfarb represents clients across the nation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in addition to arbitration proceedings. He regularly advises clients on litigation prevention and dispute resolution strategies. Prior to founding Goldfarb LLP, he was a partner at DLA Piper LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world, and he began his private practice career with the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP. While a partner with Akin Gump, he was named by D Magazine as one of the “Best Lawyers Under Forty in Dallas” in commercial litigation. Mr. Goldfarb also served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Irving L. Goldberg of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, the Dallas Bar Foundation, and has been selected as a member of Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of U.S. lawyers.
