Jeremy C. Martin's practice includes business litigation and issues and appeals. Mr. Martin graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2001, and he began his professional career serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Marilyn Aboussie for the 3rd Court of Appeals in Austin, Texas. Upon completion of his clerkship in August 2002, he practiced as an appellate lawyer with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas, gaining valuable experience litigating appeals with, and against, some of the top appellate practitioners statewide. Mr. Martin opened his own practice in 2006, providing appellate services and support to solo practitioners and for small to mid-sized law firms. After practicing as a partner in Simpson Martin LLP for two years, Mr. Martin joined Malouf & Nockels, LLP.
