Jerry C. Alexander has been with Passman & Jones his entire career and, for over 35 years, has provided the firm's business clients with competent, creative, and cost-effective litigation solutions. Since the early 1970s in the antitrust area, Mr. Alexander has been successful both in attaining valuable business concessions for small, local companies and in defending national companies in Sherman Act cases. He has successfully represented businesses in business tort cases, and has successfully represented professionals and officers and directors. He headed the drafting project for the Local Rules of Practice for Dallas County, served as Co-Chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Dallas Bar Association (DBA) in 1997 and 2008, and is currently Secretary/Treasurer of the DBA.
