Mr. Thollander rejoined McKool Smith in 2006 after serving two years in the Attorney General of Texas’ Office of the Solicitor General where he was recognized by the National Association of Attorneys General for excellence in brief writing. He previously worked as a clerk for Texas Supreme Court Justice Craig Enoch. Mr. Thollander graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2001.
