I have a unique background and approach to the practice of family law that works for my clients, which is born out of the knowledge and skill attained over more than a decade of trying and resolving very complex divorce and custody cases. My own parents were embroiled in over 4 years of divorce and custody litigation when I was a child. As an adult, and in my experience as a family law attorney, I am convinced you can win with integrity without sacrificing the needs and/or best interests of the children. I encourage clients to adopt a "high road" mentality for two principal reasons: First, so they will have no regrets once the case is concluded, and second, so they will have no reason to explain away their own behavior to their children once they start asking questions as adults, as I did.
