John MacLean, a partner of MacLean and Boulware, received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates where he served as a national director. His daughter, Leslie, and son, Scotty, are both practicing attorneys in Texas. Before forming MacLean and Boulware in 1992, John served as District Attorney and as District Judge in Johnson and Somervell Counties. He is actively engaged in the practice of personal injury and commercial litigation.
