John Zavitsanos loves to go to trial and loves the fight, often being hired to take over first chair responsibilities even on the eve of trial. He has tried more than 75 cases to a verdict in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes and bet-the-company litigation, including oil and gas, financial services, construction, director and officer liability and non-compete/trade secret disputes.

With significant litigation experience in jury trials, bench trials, administrative trials and oral arguments to the federal and state courts of appeal, Zavitsanos frequently is asked to lecture at CLE seminars on trial and litigation techniques in complex cases.
