Verdicts and Settlements:

• Cause No. 10-27-233-P; In the Estate of Robert James Holman,In the County Court at Law No. 2, Montgomery County, Texas - Kelly Rigotti, a daughter of the Decedent, contested the will of Robert James Holman that left his entire estate to our client, Nanette Holman.  The will contest alleged that the Decedent either lacked capacity to execute the will or in the alternative was unduly influenced by Nanette Holman and therefore the will was invalid.  On February 14, 2012, after a two day bench trial, the Honorable Judge Claudia Laird of County Court at Law No. 2, Montgomery County, Texas, found in favor of our client, Nanette Holman on all issues and dismissed the will contest filed by Mrs. Rigotti.  In addition, the Court awarded the total amount of fees requested by the Attorneys representing Mrs. Holman.
