Profile

Kevin L. Collins is an experienced and aggressive criminal defense attorney that fights for his clients in both state and federal courts. A former federal law clerk, his practice ranges from federal white collar litigation to driving while intoxicated and juvenile defense. He is passionate about his practice and his clients, which have included professionals of many disciplines, such as business owners, doctors, lawyers, and law enforcement agents. Exoneration is the goal in every case. He is a member of the National, Texas, and San Antonio Criminal Defense Associations, and also a Council Member of the Texas Bar Juvenile Law Section. He lectures and writes frequently on criminal and juvenile issues and was selected as one of San Antonio's Best Criminal Lawyers in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and 2011.
