Since 1988, Linda Turley has been board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. At the Turley Law Firm in Dallas, she handles a range of personal injury cases, includes ones involving medical malpractice, negligence and product liability.
Ms. Turley graduated with honors and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin in 1983. As an AV-rated* attorney, she holds the highest level of ethical and professional ranking. She is often asked to present on topics involving the preparation and trial of wrongful death or severe injury cases. She has also authored more than 35 articles on trial practice issues.
Ms. Turley has served in many leadership roles, including chair of the American Association for Justice's (AAJ) Product Liability Section and Women Trial Lawyers Caucus. She has also served as director of the Dallas and Texas Trial Lawyers Associations and on the AAJ Board of Governors.
