Marc is dedicated to helping those who have suffered severe personal injury or lost a loved-one to a wrongful death. He frequently represents victims of crime, and serves on the Advisory Board for the National Crime Victim Bar Association, is a Board Member for the Brain Injury Association of Texas, and is on the State Advisory Board for the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Marc has been awarded "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" for Texas for since 2007 by The ATLA, a perfect 10 by AVVO, and is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having secured million dollar results before suit, during litigation, and at trial under Texas, Florida, and Kentucky law. In addition to being a wonderful lawyer, Kathleen is a Board Certified Registered Nurse and has served as the President of the Texas Chapter of the Attorney-nurse Association for the last 2 years. Wes is the Firm's appellate attorney. He served the Waco Court of Appeals and two distinguished defense firms before joining the Lenahan Law Firm.
