• Though Herb's motorcycle attachment failed in Texas, causing severe nervous system injuries.  Though Mr. Lenahan is a Dallas, Texas attorney, the case was best filed in Kentucky.  It settled for the $1,000,000 limits of the insurance.  Herb received $585,000 in cash, with the remainder going to medical bills and attorney's fees and expenses.
