Maricela practices in the areas of employment litigation on behalf of individuals and employers, non-compete and non-solicitation litigation, employment contract negotiation and litigation, severance agreement negotiations, and Fair Labor Standards Act litigation. She is also a court-appointed mediator and guardian ad litem. Maricela is a graduate of George Washington University Law School and Boston College Carroll School of Management. She is the Immediate Past-President of the Mexican American Bar Association of Texas, and Past President of both Dallas Hispanic Bar Association Scholarship Foundation and Dallas Hispanic Bar Association. She is also a past Director of the Dallas Bar Association. Maricela is the first Hispanic to serve as a Trustee on the Dallas County Schools Board of Trustees. Ms. Siewczynski is bilingual (English/Spanish), and is a popular speaker on employment law topics.
