Attorney Mark A. Ticer has been practicing law in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area and throughout Texas since 1985. As a trial lawyer and negotiator, Mark is an effective and aggressive advocate with an extensive track record of success in matters involving all types of insurance coverage disputes and claims denials, including insurance bad faith and ERISA claims. In addition to handling insurance cases, Mark represents businesses in commercial disputes; lawyers and non-lawyers in matters related to legal malpractice and legal ethics; and individuals in matters that involve consumer law or personal injury.

Mark is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Law School and an active member of several professional organizations, including the Dallas Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is often invited to speak on issues related to his practice at legal seminars and other professional events, and he has frequently authored articles on these subjects as well.
