In a legal career spanning more than 36 years, Marty Rose has tried scores of cases in state and federal courts across the nation, as well as resolving complex litigation in the U.S., Europe, South America and Asia. This work has included resolving high-risk commercial disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims; pursuing intellectual property matters including trade secrets, trademark infringement and patent infringement; and bringing personal injury and wrongful death cases involving commercial and private aircraft disasters, transportation accidents and faulty products. A frequent lecturer on trial tactics and technology in the courtroom, the majority of Mr. Rose’s experience has been in litigation involving in-depth knowledge of industries that include aerospace, chemistry and chemical engineering, computers and computer software, metallurgy and forging, and mechanical engineering. A significant portion of Mr. Rose’s casework has involved matters in which the firm has been retained as replacement counsel to turn around a troubled lawsuit, and for cases that represent significant risks to his client. He has been named to top lawyer lists by Texas Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, the Dallas Business Journal, Lawdragon, and Texas Lawyer.
