Mike has focused his practice on all aspects of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and banking issues, primarily in business matters. Mike typically represents creditors, debtors, and committees in workouts, bankruptcies, collection matters, priority issues, foreclosures, and the acquisition or disposition of business lines and assets. Mike has litigated numerous bankruptcy trials (a sampling of reported cases are listed on the firm Web site). For over 15 years he has been certified in business bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and nationally by the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mike also represents lenders in lending transactions.
