Mike Quilling has built a distinguished legal career during the past three decades representing corporations and individuals in cases involving contract disputes and business torts.  Most recently this work has involved the representation of various lending institutions in collection and lender liability defense actions. He is particularly recognized for his experience in all aspects of Chapters 11 and 7 bankruptcy matters, and was named by a blue-ribbon panel as one of the 20 best bankruptcy lawyers in Dallas in the June 2011 issue of D Magazine. In addition to representing companies, individuals and creditor committees in bankruptcy matters, he has served as a receiver in Securities and Exchange Commission securities fraud cases, as well as a receiver in United States Department of Justice seizure cases.
