Michael K. Eaves is a defense-oriented trial attorney who handles a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal courts across Texas. His practice is concentrated on the defense of personal injury, products liability, and premises liability actions which arise in the industrial, trucking, and maritime contexts. A graduate of South Texas College of Law in 1993, he has written numerous papers for various maritime and industry publications.
