Michael Hurst is a prominent member of the Bar and widely recognized trial lawyer in Texas, particularly in complex commercial and employment litigation. He has extensive courtroom experience and has litigated and tried numerous cases, including breach of contract, fraud, theft of trade secrets, non-compete agreements, partnership disputes, oil and gas, employment discrimination, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Hurst has also handled oil and gas catastrophic matters and products liability litigation, as well as bankruptcy litigation.
