Attorney Michael Fleming is the managing partner of the Houston-based law firm Michael Fleming & Associates, P.C. As a former elected Harris County attorney, both in 1996 and 2000, he is known throughout the region for his dedicated representation in all matters of civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in Texas and New York and is a practicing solicitor of the Law Society of Ireland (the organization that regulates Irish solicitors).
Mr. Fleming has represented clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as internationally. As an AV-rated* trial attorney, he is board-certified as a specialist in personal injury trial law and residential real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a certified mediator.
Mr. Fleming serves as a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. His nonlegal activities include participation on the board of directors of the University of St. Thomas, his alma mater, and life membership as a founding director of the Irish Society of Houston.
