Monica L. Luebker is a founding member of Fishman Jackson Luebker PLLC in Dallas, Texas. For the past 20 years, she has maintained an active trial and dispute resolution practice. An AV-Preeminent* attorney, Ms. Luebker concentrates on commercial, securities, construction and employment litigation. She also represents clients in copyright litigation, trademark prosecution and trademark portfolio work and complex ERISA disputes.
Ms. Luebker has successfully defended numerous class action lawsuits and is often called upon to defend international clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her clients have included international financial consulting firms, brokerage firms, technology consulting firms, real estate investment and development companies, Internet sales companies, retail establishments, major insurance companies, and sport and entertainment companies.
A farm girl, Ms. Luebker is down to earth and practical. She also brings enthusiasm, honor, ingenuity and total dedication to every case she undertakes. Ms. Luebker earned her J.D. cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1991. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma. However, through pro hac vice, she has defended cases in Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Wisconsin, Florida, New York, Panama and Switzerland.
