Monica L. Luebker is a founding member of Fishman Jackson Luebker PLLC in Dallas, Texas. For the past 20 years, she has maintained an active trial and dispute resolution practice. She also represents clients in copyright litigation, trademark prosecution and trademark portfolio work and complex ERISA disputes.

Ms. Luebker has successfully defended numerous class action lawsuits and is often called upon to defend international clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission.
