Mr. McLain is a former federal prosecutor and criminal court judge. In addition, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years. Today, he continues to fight for the rights and freedoms of others. He tenaciously, aggressively and skillfully defends those who face the threat of criminal charges.

Within criminal defense, his practice areas include white collar crimes, drug crimes, violent crimes, sex crimes, computer crimes, DWI, mortgage fraud and related charges.
