Paul Clote is a civil trial and appellate lawyer with more than 32 years of experience. He has tried a broad range of cases in state and federal court with verdicts in cases involving fiduciary duties, partnership termination and windup, commercial letters of credit, trust account funds, ERISA disability benefits, broker commissions, child abuse, fraud and civil theft, and the FLSA. He has argued appeals in the Texas Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, and the Fifth Circuit. He is proud to have served six years on the Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals. He is a current member of ABOTA. He also works as a mediator, arbitrator and special master. He has served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching commercial arbitration at the National Law Academy of Odessa, Ukraine; and mediation at Rice University.
