Profile
Paula Wyatt began her legal career as an Assistant County Attorney until 1986. Upon taking a job as an Assistant District Attorney, she was quickly promoted to Chief Assistant Prosecutor, trying murder and capital murder cases until 1989 when she turned her attention to civil cases, helping plaintiffs recover for catastrophic injuries and death. Not long into a personal injury practice, she started her own law firm, handling numerous significant and high-profile cases involving negligence and defective products, including trucks/automobiles, smoke detectors, airplanes, helicopters, oil rigs, and farm equipment. She has achieved record-producing results in many such cases. She was a Steering Committee Member for Flight 261 in the Alaska Airlines, Multi-District Litigation and Plaintiff's Steering Committee Member for the Texas Ford/Firestone Multi/Region Litigation.
