Philip H. Hilder navigated the Enron whistleblower through congressional hearings involving the collapse of the seventh largest corporation in America. His practice emphasizes white collar criminal defense including related parallel litigation. A Boston College Law School graduate, Philip served as the attorney-in-charge of the U.S. Department of Justice Organized Crime Strike Force (Houston) and as an Assistant United States Attorney. Since entering private practice, Philip has served as President of the Federal Bar Association (Houston), Special Counsel appointed by the federal court, and grievance panel member appointed by the State Bar of Texas, and is currently co-chair of the ABA National Institute on Securities Fraud and regional co-chair of the ABA white collar crime subcommittee.
