Attorney R. Louis Bratton is a partner of The Bratton Firm, P.C., a personal injury litigation firm in Austin, Texas. A Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1989, he represents victims and families in personal injury and wrongful death claims before all state and federal courts of Texas as well as before the Courts of Appeals in the State of Texas, the State Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit.
Because of his successes at trial and commitment to ethical practice, Mr. Bratton has been rated as an AV Preeminent* lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, as well as selected for inclusion in 2011 Texas Super Lawyers. He has also been selected by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization to write and grade a portion of the statewide board certification exam.
