R. Todd Bennett is a Houston criminal defense attorney with a successful and respected history as a board-certified specialist in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Bennett is a Houston native who has practiced law in Texas since 1991 following graduation from South Texas College of Law with honors. Serving as the assistant district attorney until 1995, he has practiced as a private lawyer, a presiding judge and a chief prosecutor, all in Harris County.
