Profile

During more than 30 years as a trial lawyer, Randy McClanahan has handled a wide variety of cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. This litigation has included such diverse matters as Lanham act, false advertising and unfair competition, products liability, breach of fiduciary duty, construction contracts, accounting and legal malpractice, tax, securities, breach of contract, toxic torts, deceptive trade practices, fraud, real estate development, limited partnership disputes, stock option disputes, ERISA, intellectual property and patent infringement, and foreign oil and gas exploration. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He currently serves as President of theTexas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists (TACTAS).
