Ms. Bell specializes in civil litigation defense and appellate litigation within a broad range of catastrophic injury cases.  Her clients include national transportation companies, national equipment rental companies, general contractors and subcontractors, roadway construction companies, business premises clients, insurance companies, and energy companies.  Her appellate practice includes oral argument and briefing throughout the Texas courts of appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Bell is authorized to practice in all Texas federal court divisions as well.  Ms. Bell has presented at various Texas Continuing Legal Education courses with papers published supporting topics such as class actions, trucking litigation, persuasive argument, and legal writing.  She also acts as an adjunct coach for multiple Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law Moot Court teams, and has done so since 2001.
