Richard B. (Dick) Walters utilizes his broad range of experiences as an attorney and CPA in advising families and businesses concerning estate and tax planning, asset protection, and business succession matters. He is very experienced in preparing sophisticated wills, trust agreements and related documents, and in advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries on the probate of wills and the administration of decedents’ estates. Dick is a frequent speaker on these topics at seminars for other attorneys, including the State Bar of Texas annual Advanced Drafting: Estate Planning and Probate Courses for 2004, 2005, and 2006.
