Richard A. Dodd is a partner at the personal injury law firm of Cappolino Dodd Krebs LLP, in Cameron, Texas. Over the course of his 30-year career as an attorney, Richard has represented injured clients throughout Texas and across the United States in a wide range of cases, including car and truck accident litigation, medical negligence claims, construction accident litigation, toxic exposure claims (asbestos exposures, mesothelioma claims, coal tar pitch-related medical conditions and more) and wrongful death litigation. Richard is widely respected by peers and clients alike for the tenacious, yet ethical representation he consistently provides in these cases, and for the commitment he shows in seeking justice and compensation for his clients each and every day.
A 1981 graduate of the University of Houston's Bates College of Law, Richard's dedication to professional excellence is evident in the extra effort he makes to keep his skills and knowledge as sharp as possible. These include the more than 1,000 hours of continuing legal education courses he has taken since his admission to the Texas Bar, which is far more than is required, as well as additional training he received at the Trial Advocates College of Texas and at Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's Seminar.
