Richard Smith represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, focusing on complex insurance litigation involving coverage disputes, “bad faith” litigation and first-party property claims, as well as the defense of insured parties in a variety of business and personal injury disputes. Although primarily representing defendants, Mr. Smith’s practice includes the representation of plaintiffs in complex commercial and insurance litigation. His practice also includes professional liability cases, including the defense of attorneys, insurance agents, insurance brokers and other professionals.
