Bar/Professional Activity:

• Rickey Brantley is on the Executive Committee of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Tarrant County Chapter.  He has served as Vice President and President of the Chapter.  He is a member of the Professional Education Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Pro bono/Community Service:

• Rickey Brantley serves on the Board of the Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County which has been serving the homeless in Fort Worth and Tarrant County for over 120 years..  He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board. He has served as  a Board member of the Methodist Justice Ministry, an organization that offers counseling and legal services to people who would be unable to afford those services.

Verdicts and Settlements:

• * A substantial verdict and settlement  for over 60 retirees who had lost most of their retirement funds in a Ponzi scheme. * A verdict in Somerville County involving the denial of medical treatment by an HMO.  The case was settled after verdict. * A substantial verdict and settlement on behalf of premature children with impaired vision due to wrongdoing. * Multiple substantial settlements on behalf of many individuals injured by pharmaceutical drugs or medical devices. * Multiple substantial settlements for landowners in condemnation cases against a pipeline company.
