Robert W. Loree is the founding partner of Loree, Hernandez & Lipscomb, PLLC, a San Antonio law firm handling disputes and civil litigation for clients throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast region. Although he also provides counsel and representation in the areas of construction law, business litigation, personal injury and securities litigation, Mr. Loree’s primary focus is on insurance coverage litigation and property damage caused by wind, hurricanes, hail, fire or other events.

Mr. Loree has more than 30 years of civil litigation experience and has been board-certified as a specialist in civil trial law since 1990. Certification is granted only to attorneys who have met the rigorous testing, education and experience requirements set forth by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; slightly more than 1 percent of the state’s attorneys can claim this distinction. Mr. Loree received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin in 1978. He also holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
