Rod Tanner has a national practice focusing on labor and employment law, civil litigation, employment class actions, administrative proceedings and arbitration. His clients include international, national and local labor organizations, professionals, employees and public figures. Mr. Tanner has been Board-Certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1990, and he is a Fellow in the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is recognized as one of the state’s pre-eminent labor attorneys by Texas Lawyer (February 2001) and The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward White 2011). Mr. Tanner is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education conferences and he is a contributing author of Texas Employment Law (James Publishing 2011). He is a past Chair of the State Bar of Texas Labor and Employment Law Section.
