Roger S. McCabe, a shareholder with MehaffyWeber, P.C. since 1977, specializes in personal injury, construction, business and family law matters, and has tried over 100 cases as lead counsel to jury verdicts for both plaintiffs and defendants.  Mr. McCabe is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and became board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the State Bar of Texas in the inaugural class of 1978 and remains so certified.  In 2005, he was inducted into the Houston Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates with the rank of Advocate.   Mr. McCabe is active in his community and especially in Rotary International where he serves in positions of leadership in both the 300 plus member Rotary Club of Beaumont and in Rotary International District 5910 where he serves as Governor for 2008-2009.
