Ryan Clinton handles a wide variety of appellate matters in state and federal courts across the country and routinely assists trial teams in pretrial and trial matters that shape a case and help provide a strong position on appeal. He has successfully presented oral arguments to the Texas Supreme Court and successfully briefed matters before the United States Supreme Court. He represents clients in appellate matters involving a wide range of business litigation, including intellectual property disputes and products liability defense. A former Texas Assistant Solicitor General, he has developed significant expertise in a variety of substantive areas including jurisdiction and governmental immunity.
