Profile

Ryan Zehl is a trial lawyer who represents clients across the country who were seriously injured in bus and truck accidents, offshore accidents, and by dangerous prescription drugs.  In the past 18 months, he and the lawyers at Fitts Zehl have tried and won 9 jury trials.

On December 15, 2011, Ryan was awarded $7.2 million by a Dallas County jury after a three week trial against Greyhound Bus Company.  His client herniated a disk in her lower back when a Greyhound bus flipped over while on icy roads.  Although she only had $24,000 in past medical expenses and was scheduled for a laminectomy after trial, the jury awarded her $2.2 million in compensatory damages and $4.8 million in punitive damages.

Currently, Ryan and the lawyers at Fitts Zehl are representing hundreds of clients who were involved in serious accidents and who were injured from the drugs Zoloft, Paxil and Avandia.
