His client herniated a disk in her lower back when a Greyhound bus flipped over while on icy roads. Although she only had $24,000 in past medical expenses and was scheduled for a laminectomy after trial, the jury awarded her $2.2 million in compensatory damages and $4.8 million in punitive damages.
Currently, Ryan and the lawyers at Fitts Zehl are representing hundreds of clients who were involved in serious accidents and who were injured from the drugs Zoloft, Paxil and Avandia.
