Scott B. Frenkel is the cofounder and managing litigation partner of Frenkel & Frenkel, L.L.P., a Dallas law firm handling personal injury and consumer protection cases throughout the United States, and particularly in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Mr. Frenkel grew up in Saint Louis and temporarily relocated to Dallas, Texas, in 1989 to take two clerkship positions during a break from his studies at University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. After graduating from law school in 1990, he relocated to Dallas permanently - first at the prominent downtown law firm of Johnson, Bromberg & Leeds and then later at Cowles & Thompson, which was then the largest insurance defense firm in Dallas. These early career experiences as an insurance defense litigator continue to inform Mr. Frenkel’s practice today and have played a major role in the hundreds of millions of dollars in gross settlements and verdicts Mr. Frenkel and his firm have won for previous clients.

Mr. Frenkel's current practice primarily involves cases of product liability law, helping people who have been harmed by bad prescription drugs or by defective automobile safety systems. He is affiliated with several respected legal organizations, is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has also been selected for inclusion in D Magazine's "Best Lawyers in Dallas" in 2002, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
