Mr. Khoshbin is a business/commercial litigator who earnestly has represented companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs and insurers across the country – on both sides of the docket. He has experience in a wide range of civil disputes, involving such matters as breaches of complex contractual relationships; business torts, fraud, and violations of trust and fiduciary duties; partnership, investment and derivative disputes; trade secret, trademark, unfair competition and copyright battles; business disparagement, defamation and tortious interference lawsuits; executive employment and non-competition matters; industrial product liability and construction cases; multi-party insurance coverage/bad faith matters; catastrophic manufacturing facility losses; and defense of premises liability and negligent hiring claim. Mr. Khoshbin’s practice is dedicated to litigation, trial, arbitration, and dispute resolution. His innovative representation of clients also has led to appeals before various Courts of Appeals - - as well as the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Khoshbin repeatedly has been named in Super Lawyers for business litigation. He is licensed in Texas and Illinois, and admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of New York, Northern District of Illinois, and all Districts of Texas. Mr. Khoshbin has authored articles and conducted presentations/seminars concerning issues pertinent to litigation, including his repeated participation as a lead trial attorney in the ABA’s “Historical Trials.”
