Stephen E. Harrison, II, represents clients throughout Texas in personal injury matters, including sophisticated catastrophic injury, product liability and toxic tort. He also handles a variety of business litigation issues. Practicing for over 35 years as a trial lawyer, Mr. Harrison brings an invaluable level of professionalism and experience to Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, P.C.

Mr. Harrison's considerable achievements representing victims of hip implant injuries resulted in his being appointed by the Honorable Ed Kinkaede to serve on the plaintiff's steering committee for Pinnacle hip implant lawsuits, a significant honor for Mr. Harrison's firm. A committed advocate of patient and consumer rights, Mr. Harrison is board certified in both civil and personal injury trial law.

After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1973 from the University of Houston, Mr. Harrison earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1975. He is admitted to practice law in all Texas state courts; before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas; the Eastern District of Michigan; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

For his outstanding legal ethics and successful track record, Mr. Harrison has earned the highest rating of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell. He frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars and has written several articles and presentations on personal injury and tort law.

Mr. Harrison has served in leadership positions for various organizations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association and the Abner V. McCall chapter of the American Inns of Court. He is a member of the prestigious invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates and served on the organization's board of directors for several years.
