Profile

Stephen S. Andrews is of counsel to Oaks, Hartline & Daly, LLP.  Mr. Andrews’ primary practice area is civil litigation.  He has extensive experience in complex, multi-party cases, including products liability, toxic tort, personal injury and commercial disputes.  Mr. Andrews has first chair experience in numerous jury trials, including products liability, insurance coverage, accountant negligence and employment relations cases.  He attended the University of Iowa, earning his B.A. in 1971, and the University of Houston School of Law, obtaining his J.D. in 1974.  Mr. Andrews was formerly a partner at Brown McCarroll, LLP, a partner at Woodard, Hall & Primm, P.C. and a USAF Assistant Staff Judge Advocate.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American and Houston Bar Associations.  His court admissions include the U.S. Supreme Court, Texas Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
