Teresa Clark Evans handles divorce litigation including complex property cases and highly disputed custody matters. She represents clients in paternity suits, termination of parental rights, adoption, modifications of child support, conservatorship, and possession, premarital agreements, partition agreements, and enforcement actions. Teresa also has an extensive collaborative law practice which is an alternative to traditional litigation. Teresa attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate education in Environmental Science and then the University of Miami School of Law. She is a shareholder with the law firm of Quilling, Selander, Lownds, Winslett & Moser, P.C. She is very active with the Dallas Bar Association and volunteers her time with the Junior League of Dallas and with several other civic and community organizations.
