Profile
Tom Ausley is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (1980). He represents clients in complex property cases and other family law matters and is a trained mediator and arbitrator. With his three partners – Kris Algert, Eric Robertson, and Kelly Ausley-Flores – Tom believes that family law disputes should be handled in a professional, ethical manner so that the parties’ relationships are not destroyed in the process. Experienced trial lawyers, Tom and his partners also are leaders in the collaborative law movement. He is honored to be chosen among the Top 50 Central/West Texas Region lawyers and the top 100 overall in Texas Super Lawyers.
