Profile

Tim Lee has specialized in appellate law for more than twenty-five years and has been board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for nearly twenty years.  He has handled more than ninety appeals and has represented plaintiffs and defendants, both victorious at trial and defeated, in a wide variety of different types of civil cases.  Mr. Lee's practice also includes appellate work at the trial stage.  He has participated in numerous multi-week trials, has appeared in hearings in district courts all across Texas, and has worked with trial teams on a broad range of disputes.  Finally, Mr. Lee provides insurance coverage advice to carriers, third-party administrators, policyholders, and attorneys representing clients whose interests are affected by the presence or absence of insurance coverage.
