Profile

In his more than 40 years in practice, Henson has represented clients in some of the most complex tort and commercial litigation cases throughout Texas. His experience in handling product liability suits, chemical exposure cases, and catastrophic injury suits and service as local counsel and co-counsel in intellectual property litigation are highly regarded. In addition, he has served as president of The University of Texas Law Alumni Association, and is currently serving as President-Elect of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, of which he is in line to become president in November 2008. He is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.
