Profile
Tommy R. Hastings is the founder and principal attorney of Hastings Law Firm P.C., which is located in The Woodlands, but is dedicated to helping injured people and families throughout Texas and select other states. In his practice as a personal injury lawyer, Tommy handles cases involving medical malpractice, defective products and other types of negligence. Whether a case involves a doctor’s carelessness, a product that isn’t safe or something else, Tommy feels strongly that justice delayed is justice denied. He also believes that ordinary people deserve to have a level playing field when seeking compensation for their losses from defendants, insurers and corporations. Tommy works hard to make that happen as soon as possible and has recovered millions of dollars for previous clients.
