Travis received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Tennessee State University in 2000, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Appalachian School of Law in 2003. Upon graduation, Travis received the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association 2003 Trial Advocate of the Year Award. Travis is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, as well as the state of Tennessee.

Before joining Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, Travis had established, during his ten years of practicing law, a distinguished career in representing clients in jury trials, in negotiating high value settlements, and in being retained by co-counsel to assist in complex cases.
