Profile

Windle Turley is a highly experienced Texas trial lawyer. In addition to founding the Turley Law Firm in Dallas, he has served in various leadership roles in the Texas, Dallas and American Bar Associations, including as president of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and chair of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Aviation Section.

Mr. Turley's innovative trial and settlement strategies and legal theories have achieved successful verdicts and significant settlements in Texas and beyond. His use of video and demonstrative evidence is respected throughout the country. He is the author of the books "Aviation Litigation" (1986) and "Firearms Litigation" (1988) as well as numerous legal articles.

Mr. Turley earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1965. Today, he is recognized as one of the 10 leading air crash attorneys in the U.S. and one of the top 13 attorneys in Dallas. In 1992 and 1997, he achieved two of the top 10 largest jury verdicts in the country. He is also board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law.
