Greg Sanders practices professional and product liability defense among other insurance defense actions. Clients include multiple interstate corporations. He retired as a Colonel and Judge Advocate, U.S. Army Reserve. His last duty assignment was Deputy Chief of the office defending all lawsuits against the U.S. Army. He has practiced 32 years, 25 of them with Kipp & Christian where he is a shareholder. He is admitted to the Utah State Courts, the U.S. District Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Federal Bar Association, and a Fellow with Litigation Counsel of America, a national trial attorney honor society.
